How many Mopars is enough? ONE MORE!!!!!
Just looking for positives and negatives on owning multiple Mopars vs concentrating on one.
I don't see selling one as an option, yet, but there are definitely limitations, for me.
Positives; when they both work it's nice to have the option.
I don't care for car shows and trophies or shiny anymore.
Cruise-in and dirty works.
The kid loves them, and so do I.
Negatives; being broke basically, can only spend funds on one every so often, no way I can restore both.
I don't have the extra workspace anymore.
When they both are down it's the worst on many levels.
Also, a small part of me would like to make a Mopar nice, I did it with a few other cars but never a Mopar.
I always sold the shiny ones, once shiny.
Any input, advice, personal experiences are appreciated.
Once again, not looking to be convinced either way, just info on what people are doing and why.
Maybe I'm missing something I should consider?
One advantage is using the others as a reference when working on one. As I mentioned I have an A,B and E body muscle era Plymouths. Although very little can transfer from one to another. I have certainly looked at the Duster for example on ideas for the Cuda build.
I have 1 but would like to have another. They cost money and its tough to justify when Im raising my grandson ,its just us.I dont make alot of money but if a good deal came up I probably buy it.
I personally like B bodies the best. Especially for a street car. I have thought about building the GTX into some sort of Highway commando? Because it handles better at higher speeds. But it's tough pulling a perfectly working 400 horse 440 just because you want more power? That's my disease. The "It needs more!"If you are only going to have one, a 70 bee is a great one to have.
The more pole barns you have the more Mopars you need. I just shoved a Shelby Dakota outside yesterday with a For Sale sign to make room for one more.Mopar's are just like pole barns: A man can't have too many!

Very true on building storage. I bought a 32' race trailer about 10 years back. I remember saying. "I don't need this much trailer for one car?" But when going to the track? That trailer is full. The more pole barns you have the more Mopars you need. I just shoved a Shelby Dakota outside yesterday with a For Sale sign to make room for one more.
