anyone try to get a hold of Verizon have been trying for over a month tried calling and get hung up on tried that tech support and nothing does anyone no of a government number to call

I tried calling the 2 closest to me. One was closed. The other had a recording listing hours, and appointment scheduling info. Along with a plannedemic mask warning.

I spent 1 hour and 23 minutes awaiting Customer Service for Spectrum Cable tech support...

Ok, as a person who had had AT&T issues for years (long story) the BEST way for contact - FCC.gov File a complaint , you will b3e amazed how fast they contact you! Now when you file BE VERY SPECIFIC. They will only deal with the initial complaint, not something added later on

My phone has been acting strange lately so I stopped at the local Verizon store to have it checked. Turns out they are not supporting my 3G flip phone after 12/31/20 as they are switching to 5G and are currently switching antennas, causing signal losses. Good news is new supported flip phone will be FREE!
