Weird Transaction on FB Mopar Swap Shop

I may have dodged a bullet, not sure.
This guy has a bunch of parts on Facebook.
I wanted to buy these rockers. Made the deal, sent paypal about 8pm.
1:am he messaged me that he still needs them.
He refunded my payment. Luckily I didn't use friends and family (I paid fee).

He still has them up for sale though.

Keep a eye on it. Dont wait to long. You may have to talk to pp by phone ( explain the situation as well) just incase the deny the pending. And forward the payment to the seller.
Ive seen this scam before. Just to be sure. See who the payment went too. Is it a email address that you have not seen before? Were either ca. Or Com.

Scrounging for used parts is a habit I may need to break.
At this point in my life it doesn't seem worth the time and effort.

Cynical as it may be, he may have seen that you paid the fee and figured there is no point in trying to keep it and offered it again to save face.
