As a kid, I watched the Dukes of Hazzard when it was originally aired.
They all had some funny sayings, some that I still don't understand.

My three favorite words in the English language: Minion, Phalanx and Philistine (in the non-Biblical sense). I picked up Philistine from Monty Python: They called somebody an "Ignorant Philistine". Then my boss said to somebody on the phone: "I won't do that, he''ll send a Phalanx of Minions"! Wow, two in one sentence!
