Any source for getting this rebuilt, or where I can locate parts to build myself? This is for my 69 Super Bee with factory air.
Thanks in advance.

Find an nos vacuum switch and do it yourself.

its not rocket science

he fixes them, can repair any broken nipples, vacuum leaks. Been several years since he fixed the really rare 67 control for me, hope he is still doing them. very reasonable also

Be aware that some of the vacuum switches are not configured the same. From my research, I have found these part numbers to be the same. 2820487, 2571501, 3431017, 3431020 and will work in your 69 Bee.
Pn. 3895790 runs the compressor in Defrost mode constantly.
Pn. 3502126 runs the fan on low with ignition on and no buttons pushed.
There is another pn 3895033 that I have not verified. May or may not be the same.

I have been concerned about compatibility as the ones I've seen on ebay are not the same as my part #. I'll crosscheck with this. Thanks so much.

The part in your pic is the correct number. You should be able to find one on Ebay. Seems like the people that have them think they are gold plated though. If you are not into numbers matching, any of those four numbers should work correctly. You may be able to fix yours if it has just come apart. I bit the bullet and got a new one although the one I have in my 68 Charger is the 3502126 part that runs the fan on low when the ignition is on. Not correct but it doesn't bother me since I usually have the ac on anyway. Good luck finding on without the gold plating.
Also, I saw that someone has the new push buttons if you break them.

Yeah they think a lot of them on there. I may take mine apart first and see if it is salvageable. It (and all of the rest of the car) has been sitting for some time. I have to rebuild the heater A/C box but have the kit. I have most of the other factory parts.
I have a long way to go, car is in shop getting new quarters, trunk pan and having lots of other metal work done now. Dash gauges are at Auto Instruments getting totally re-done, all of the interior is out and most of it will go back new (legendary). Good part is matching engine and 4 speed trans have been rebuilt and run great. It is a project and I will take the time to do it right.
I had a 69 1/2 a12 Bee back in the early 70's through late 80's, so I am loving getting back into the mopar family again.
Thanks again.

It's kind of a bitch but it's doable.

I rebuilt one from a 66 and another from a 70.

Take your time.

There are several "wafers" or plastic sliders that slide against each other.

I was able to grind off the edges of the pins that hold them together, and still have enough left to melt back over.

Make sure you place the wafers in order and orientation as it's easy to mix them up.

I labeled mine with a number and "top" mark.

+1. Anthony rebuilt mine earlier this year. Quick and reasonable, works great.

Good advice. Thanks

Thanks, due to lack of time may be my better option. I was concerned about finding a replacement or being able to rebuild.

Sure you have your hand's full just on the car it's self. Sent off my dash cluster and was the best choice I could have made. When it got in it was like brand new. Just plug and play so they say. 1300 was a bit of a bite but had way too much to do on the car and that would have never come out like it did if I did it. They had all the equipment to do it rite. Keep us up on the build and hope you get her done soon. Blue.

It's also SUPER easy to break off the nipples.

So be careful there as well.

I wish I could remember what I used to lubricate those wafers.

Might have been dry graphite.

Yeah waiting on my rallye gauges to come back, have over $1300 in them but can't do everything. Gonna do the fill in the gap stuff and leave the rest to the more skilled
