This is bullshit! The free advice and time people have given up is one thing, but potentially taking advantage of someone's good-nature and taking their valuable parts is something else again.
Until the OP replies I haven't found him guilty yet - there could have been a family emergency crop up that we don't know about, but he needs a good lawyer as his case is looking shakier by the minute...
there used to be a rather famous 70 charger r/t that was sitting down in mexico somewheres? right on a beach,next to a hut,half buried in the sand and even That didnt look as bad as this one did.
i often wonder if that car ever got rescued,i had heard for years it wasnt for sale.

Easy everyone . It's not that I don't want the car . I really do but after getting everyone's input and realizing time isn't on my side with two little ones I decided to post it up if someone wanted it great if not great it will go in storage till kids are a bit older .
Sadly I'm not rich I am injured and trying to raise a family . I want to have my dream car and have been trying very hard to balance family and cars
As I said early on I had to sell my current projects to get the funding to buy charger . Well i didn't get anything sold . I was running out of time to buy charger wife told me I could borrow the money from out bank acct and put back when the other cars sold I didn't want to do this but I had a guy who was hot on my caddy and couldn't get to come see it till Saturday (yesterday) well like always he disappeared! So now I'm with a bunch of cars and no money to put back in the bank so I was a bit uneasy and of course the arguments started coming around I told her if it will make her happy I'll list it forsale !
At $25000 do you really think it's going to sell!
No it is buying me time to get my stuff sold .
It's not posted here it's only posted on f.b. where my wife can see it !

No offense this is why Kern was helping you trying to make a better decision. Now your wife is pissed and you have no money for your family. I also don't buy the car being up for sale for 15k more than paid is just for looks. Good luck to you as I know many whose wives have left them and took the kids over cars and parts. I see them at the shows they only have their cars left...
If your injured how can you do this job but can't work anywhere else?

If I go slow and work smart put in 3 hours or less threw the day I can do stuff .
If I us hoist or jacks .
Some days I can move around good some I can't .
Some days I can be walking fine then I loose my right leg !
I have the want for my own car over the years I've always had something I've gotten so close to being finished on some or had a Finished car then had to sell to make ends meet

Well no it's not really .... I just am keeping her happy till I get some stuff moved .
I should be ok once this Chevy crate motor and t56 sells that should keep her happy for awhile !
It just sucks every time I get something done or something almost finish a resto something always comes up .
I've had a 68 and a 70 and both had to go to keep us afloat . I had that 73 Rallye I almost finished needed it to go to keep our house when I first got hurt also my 47 Buick same thing !
Then that 72 Rallye charger I was going to town on till it got sand blasted and the amount of damage was so bad the car just wasn't worth it (only roof was savable) so I dumped it and sold it's parts off !
I was after a 73 charger and lost it to someone with more money then me
I found out about this car and listed everything I had forsale I've had lots of interested people but lots of no shows had the caddy lined up so I jumped on car . As stated before .
I don't want to let it go . But had to do something to buy more time to sell stuff .
As stated $25k it's not going anywhere ! And if it does I can buy a restored 73 with money left then everyone's happy.
