No, I just had to srip mine down to send it off to Paul's Chrome so they could do their magic!
It's about an inch and a half wide.

Looks like a clip that would hold two lines against the under side of car,like brake line or fuel line or maybe A/C line on inner fender
 
come on man...... no evidence of any screw.......it looks like the circled tabs slide onto something, and the little ******* lock it into place.... the question is what does it slide on to?..... there is only one, correct? you sure this is off of a Mopar? is this a trick question?

I got a 73' shell that had that bracket laying on the floor. I believe it may be for a hood latch cable but not sure. I needed the shell for framerails & metal to fix the rear of my 71. I still have that clip & it was the same color as the car so I kno it goes forward of the seats.
