What does all the information on the fender tag mean?
Also, why does it include most of the alphabet but not all of it?

It’s telling what the car was built with, options, colors, interior type and color, tires, engine trans etc.

Some letters can be mistaken for numbers. Not enough room for all 26 either.

why did you omit the bottom line?
