Is that a factory bench seat Charger? ...or has someone put a different seat in it? I don't think I have seen a bench seat in a Charger, but it would not surprise me if it was available as some kind of delete option.

It’s a ‘70 only base XH29 Charger. No upper door pads and no taillight trim panel. For the cheapskate buyers back in the day.

Those XH Chargers seem to be coming out of hiding lately. They are easy to spot. In 1970, Dodge wanted to lower the price of the base Charger so they built the XH models with that in mind. The XH letters are the first 2 in the VIN and they denote the base level model. All XH chargers were bench seat, column shift, no clock or tach and a 383 as the largest engine available. Most if not all had the 8 1/4" axle

Was told it was original 1 owner car.

Dam Greg you are correct, was hoping for 8 3/4 but has the 8 1/4

Mike's definitely one of the good guys on here. Congratulations on the Charger and @Charles Cook that was very nice of you Mike.

Congrats. That looks like a real solid car from the pics so far. Low option model to me means to build that sucker the way I would have ordered it new. And then enjoy.

What a cool, rare car you have there. I'd put it back as is except maybe an engine swap.

Dave was most deserving of this find. He didn’t sleep a wink last night, when i called him this morning he didn’t answer my call. Lol. I’m like Wth he did call right back lol. Glad the deal came through for him. He looked like a kid on Christmas morning. And rightfully so.
