Having issues with dash lights in my 65 Coronet. The dash is dark however if you wiggle the arm on a right turn signal (it does not flash but barely lights up the arrow) the right hand side of the dash lights light up. A let turn signal only lights the arrow and it does not flash. Has anyone experienced this and what was your solution?

The first thing to check are your grounds - especially at the the dash. Run a separate ground wire to it if necessary. Also check grounds at the turn signal sockets.

Is there a particular place on/at the dash to execute a ground ?

I would fab a temporary lead connected from the negative battery post directly to the metal dash frame, Make sure metal is clean - no paint. See if this makes a difference.
