Yep, I was the engine man on that episode. After the show was over the owner brought the car to our shop and we completely redid the drivetrain, electrical and AC systems. During filming we were only allowed to clean up the existing 383 and add bolt-ons. We put in a mild 440, new 727 and vintage air AC.
