I want to put my 440 6 pack set up on my '61 Chrysler 413 New Yorker.
Anytime you ask for the best of anything, you get a multitude of opinions. Hopefully, I can glean the best intake manifold gasket to use for this application. Felpro used to be the go to manufacturer for gaskets, but I've heard Felpro has Fell behind.
Best quality 6 pack intake manifold gasket out there, please

I used Felpro with their thin paper gaskets the last time I had my manifold off. It is always tight to get the bolts in with the extra thickness of the paper. The tin valley cover gasket with a quality sealant would probably perform just as well (not silicone).

You should get information first before you decide what you are going to do.

Set the manifold on the engine dry, with no gaskets or valley pan, but offset, like the picture below. Get the intake well centered and then measure with a feeler gauge to see how parallel the head and intake manifold surfaces are. If they are off by less than a few thousandths, I'd suggest to use the valley pan only with sealant, as suggested by @493 Mike

I recently installed mine with the Fel Pro pan and a pair of the paper gaskets. I have aluminum heads and they have been surfaced.

I used Hylomar to glue the paper gaskets to the heads by smearing a thin layer on the head sealing surface. Then smeared another thin layer on the paper gasket to seal it to the pan gasket.

Dry fit it first to see if the intake bolts go in without issue. I don't think I have ever used both sets of paper gaskets as it gets too thick.
