Visor attachment the opened end cliped?

It’s been so long since I’ve taken advisors off and I’ve since put my headliner on I can’t recall if the end of the visors had a stop clip or not. This is opposite to the hinge side attached to the roof. My visors do have a male ending, which looks like it would clip into a stop. I just have no information on this. Any input from you guys would be helpful thanks.

Beige?!?! Who has beige? DMT has black or white.

Also, looks to me like that greyish (maybe beige!) bit at the end has to be removed - the replacement tips fit flush with the metal. Crush it with pliers and it will fall off. New ones are soft and pliable.
