Where's the one that has the car specs?
 
Is that where the washer fluid tank normally lives on a 73/74? My 72 fender tags are right there with the starter relay on the fender
 
Flat back engine compartment, so there's that.
 
Inspectors 2 and 4 inspected the car.
 
Maybe removed when that battery strap was added?

That is an unusual looking strap, but a strap circled in green) was standard as far as I can tell.

No strap shown below, but there is a mounting hole (circled in green).

The car below car appears to have two fender tags (circled in yellow).

Ok, but what does the tag mean? It's a 74 dodge charger.

It's an inspection stamp.

Somebody did their job, inspected 'something', then punched the tag to show they did their job and inspected 'something'.

Unless you are the inspector showing you inspected 'something' or the person checking to see that 'something' got inspected, it's meaningless.

Again, it's typical and expected to find one on a 74 Lynch Road plant built Charger.
