Local muffler shop or online kit for 67 Belvedere w/ 318 and factory exhaust manifolds?

Next question now that I am looking closer at the TTI site.
This is my driver side manifold casting # 2465719: IMG_7133.jpeg
This matches up to what TTI needs perfectly.

Now for the passenger side I have a bit of a mysteryIMG_7137.jpegIMG_7138.jpegIMG_7139.jpegIMG_7140.jpeg
detail IMG_7139.jpeg

This is the only marking I can see on the passenger manifold. "BZC"?

Any thoughts on what I have here?

Does it look like the head pipes are old? Possibly originals? Have they been added onto down by the transmission or the like. I am thinking that if the passenger's manifold was replaced, a new head pipe could have been made to fit the system. If the pipe from the manifold back is one piece, the manifold is probably the stock one. #2843953

I like that idea but I am not certain I can convince my wife that there has really been any savings since I do not own a welder and would need to buy one. :p
I did my own systems before I got a welding machine using slip fit stuff.....

The title basically says it all.
I am looking to change the exhaust to get a more muscle car sound for our 67 Belvedere. We have already added an Edelbrock performer manifold and 1406 carb along with Pertronix ignition system. I know I want duals from the manifolds back with either an x or h pipe. After that I still am very nostalgic for the sound of good old glass packs. Is there any reason I would want to go with a mail order exhaust system package over going to a good local ahop and having them do it all?
Just as a comparison, I just asked a friend who managed a Midas for years and owned an Exhaust Pro's for many more. Here's what he said.

"Dual exhaust: From headers to mufflers, 3” aluminized pipe With H pipe or X pipe, Turbo mufflers, 2 1/2 aluminized tail pipes And hangers, $900-$1,200.00 Depending on vehicle"

Make sure you go with 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 even if it's a 318. 2 1/4 all the way back is good or 2 1/2 with 2 1/4 tail pipes is good too. I don't like 2" on anything.
2" is plenty for a almost stock 318 and easier to route and cheaper to buy. They ran pretty good with a single exhaust.

I will look at this closer in the next few days.

Waldrons is another option. I see they are 10-12 weeks out though.

I would suggest putting late 360 pickup truck exhaust manifolds on your 318, and have a competent exhaust shop fabricate a dual system for it. The truck manifolds are a lot more free flowing and will take a 2 1/4" headpipe. I have found that most shops take a lot of pride in having a collector car in their place, and do their best work on it. Living in Ontario, I found it was too expensive to have premade exhaust purchased and sent up here. I have had local exhaust shops build systems for a couple of my cars, and was happy with the results.
