Accelerator assembly Question

Good morning, can someone tell me what goes in that spot to keep the cable from sliding out of the big end of the hole? I don't think that oddball bolt was OEM, was it a plastic plug or nothing (just tension)?

Just need to know what I'm searching for if it's missing something.

I believe it was a little black push in plug... (been a long time but i think that's correct)
