Hi guys, I have searched the part in the photos that regulates the heater fan speed with no luck. Any idea where I can get a new one or even better the best way to un crimp the wire so I can just put a new one in.

What is wrong with yours? Is the one wire in your picture broken? Could it be soldered? If your high speed ( non A/C ) isn't working, it's probably the switch.

Yeah one wire broken I managed to pry open the clamps and re clamp the coil end back into position. Its about 15mm shorter so the fan might be a bit faster I suppose.
It is part of a 2nd hand non ac unit I managed to get from a 69 charger in Australia and have put new foam in and tidied it up.
Mine which is still in the charger has been attacked by Mickey mouse a long time back. Now I will be able to swap the units out.
Will look to tidy mine up and sell.
