Are you talking about a steel mesh bridge deck? Those things will make the bike 'swim' even when it's dry!Motorcycle

Found it cleaning up the 2 foot deep old desk. Had this in my office at the Plastics plant since 1988 I believe. Have never changed the battery!A high tech magic 8 ball.
If you can see the water below, you're on it lolI think so.
One of the very first times I rode a bike out on the road, all by myself, I came up to a steel deck bridge spanning a moderate river.
Not at all confidence inspiring.
Glad there was no one following me, as I sat there for a few minutes and then proceeded just fast enough to keep my balance.
Was a kz454ltd.
Yup....having a rider is a bit different if they don't know how to act and I've had a few of those on the back before. One was real bad. Told her to just keep her body in line with mine and things would be fine. She did.I love metal grates under a motorcycle. Just let it "walk", it'll come back. And the view through the decking can't be beat! I crossed Big Mac years ago and spent most time looking at the boats on the water underneath! My (now ex-) wife was beating on my shoulders and trying to get me to move to one of the paved lanes...nope, this is too fun!
Catholic church? Don't know if other faiths have them but I know for sure that the Catholics do....used to go to one as a child.Went to a funeral! I wasn't that close to the person who passed (neighbor) but it was important to the surviving neighbors so I went. It reminded me of a recent thread here, but I'm not sure which, where the discussion of funeral attire came up. I seriously over thought it on my end, many people just had reg street clothes on. It makes me wonder if its a financial thing or they just figure whatever.
While sitting in the pews I saw there was a foot thing that swings out and assumed it was for children to place their feet while sitting, then the priest says something (I didn't under stand half of what he said due to echoes) and everyone flips that part down to kneel on. A real Ah-ha moment for me.
I'll dress nicely but can't stand wearing a tie...plus, down here it's way too hot in the summer time for a 3 piece and tie. Thanks ^^^ there's no respect anymore. I do the three piece and tie for any funeral, I don't care if they were my Sister or someone I never met. Weddings have become similar, with people showing up in shorts and T shirts. Just stay the f home if that's your best...
It's always "your shoulders go where my shoulders go" for me... The ex did fine generally - we hotlapped Road America together, and I had a knee down - but the bridge just freaked her out.Told her to just keep her body in line with mine and things would be fine
No excuse! You can get cooling ties...I'll dress nicely but can't stand wearing a tie...plus, down here it's way too hot in the summer time for a 3 piece and tie.
