One of favorite jobs was an industrial reliability maintenance consultant. Showing folks the difference how 100lb fts changes when you change the antiseize, e.g. graphite, oil etc.

When lubricant is applied the coefficient of torque changes. Remember to adjust your torque based upon this. If not you will overtorque it, guaranteed.

Same as it is in Europe to this day. I travel across Belgium and Netherlands for clients and there's cars carrying horses, sheep's etc.

I'll buy all the coronet R/Ts you can find in this condition for $10k. Assuming car checks out.

I placed the seal in the freezer for a few hours then put a light coat of oil on the lip of the tail housing and tapped the edges of the seal in. No issues!

Sure can, easy stuff. Make sure the gasket bolt holes line up on the bottom side of the timing chain cover before applying sealant. Here's a few pix from the last time I did it.

That looks like the clutch fork return spring. I don't remember that spring when I restored my e-brake.
