my fan shroud has just come in got brakets seems like every things right but how do i get the little nuts between the reinforcement and the flues without having to unsolder from radiator any help will be appriciated. the nuts have ears on them but cant get them in to the square slot

They just kind of snap in there. I went through the same routine. It seems impossible at first and if you keep fiddling with one you will get it to clip in.

I know it's not a detailed description but just know they fit.

thanks for the advice i fiddled with it a little bit with radiator in the car but prob be a lot easier to take it out,and for the other post its a 22'' radiator if i cant get it i will post some detailed pics. seems like they would have sent directions for speacial people like me. LOL

I had the same problem years ago. Can't remember what I did but you have to fiddle around with them. I think the bottom were the worst to install. If you remove the rad make sure you have enough room to slide it back in without hitting the fan. Year One sells the kit #SM406 maybe call their Tech support for help. Sorry I couldn't help more the memory isn't what it used to be.

i got the clips in wasnt to bad thanks for giving me confidece that they WILL work. problem #2 is got shroud in but it dont look right but its the only way it can go without hitting fan it looks upsidedown. is this normal? isnt the wide side supposed to be on driverside cause thats the way its fitting just dont look right?
