The suspect is an American citizen and should receive a fair trail. You don't get to pick and choose which parts of the Constitution you prefer. And by the way, it seems that they might as well close the "Political" forum since it's now the "For politcis and B bodies only" web site.

Even if he has become a recent citizen... IMHFO He should be held as an enemy combatant "indefinitely"... or have a military tribunal, then executed in-front of a firing squad... Executed !!

I agree 100%. Then tell me, why the annointed one got to pick and choose when it came to the 9/11 suspects who WERE NOT American citizens by giving them a trial? You caint have it both ways.
IMHO, when you commit these types of crimes, your "rights" as an American citizen should be flushed down the bottomless toilet. Law enforcement should have a free hand with this guy.
Hell has a new resident. His brother. Don't worry, Eric Holder will make sure that justice is served. Just look at his record. He only lies when his mouth is moving. Kind like...nevermind.

No firing squad is too easy. He should have millions of razor cuts all over his body and slowly dipped into a vat of Tobasco sauce untill he suffers a massive fatal heart attack from pain.
