I'd never heard of this before I bought my A12, never seen it before, never heard it mentioned anywhere...

So whats the deal with Halloween trim, how uncommon is it? were there other themes, was there a Xmas trim, a Hanuka trim, an Easter bunny trim....ok, I'm kidding, but seriously, what were they smoking back in 69 and what else was out there?

Anyone have pics of other examples?

BTW, I love it, I think it looks great!

I may be wrong, but I'm guessing that someone did a little customizing when they had the seats recovered. I think it looks sharp.

Nope, I believe its factory, happy to be corrected tho!

And yeah, looks great on a Hemi Orange car!

1) That was not a factory option for a 69 Bee.
2) While they could have been changed, your door panels indicate a bench seat car.
3) That is not even the correct pattern for a 69 Dodge bucket seat.
4) Since A12's were built after 1/1/69, all came with headrests.
5) Click this link for correct covers and color options: http://www.hamtramck-historical.com/dealerships/1969ColorAndTrim-03.shtml

Attractive, but they are post factory custom covers.

I have heard some green and red combinations called "Christmas trim".

They where smoking the same stuff everyone else was in 69....... Just sayin'.

Regardless whether it's factory, it wouldn't surprise me if it was plus it looks badass.

100% agree, really stands out and suits the car.

Orange and black 71 RR interior is factory correct.

Not to be blunt, but yours are not.

69coronetrt knows his stuff.

Hey no worries guys, I was just curious is all.

I was thinking it might have been a dealer thing, we had a Ford dealer here in the early 70's who did similar things, he would put his own stripe kits and reupholstered interiors into cars and they were deadset 70's specials, thought there may have been some Dodge dealer in Albequrqie or wherever who may have been a bit flamboyant.

Anyways, I love the trim, looks great and thanks again for the other tips too!
