Check your grounds, again,
how's your voltage regulator?

EDIT* never mind, I see you replaced the regulator and redid your cables/grounds. What a bunch of help I am lol

pull the flasher, then the turn signal flasher and see if either stops the pulsing..that would point you in a direction

ive bought regulators from the store that were bad from the start

replaced them both thanks but im talking about dome light and even electric fuel pump are osilating

me to checked it out with pulling off alt to ground alt stops correctly then put back together always 14.8 ok im wondering if the gremlin is in the bulkhead connectors as i have replaced all other things always same pulse or isolating lamps including dome

Are you running the Powermaster (chrome) unit?
1 wire alt?
And did the light pulse occur after the alt change?
are you running a ground wire off the alt?

I have a quality power. 2 wire 325 amp alt. 1 wire goes to ground the other goes to the external regulator

add a temp bypass power source for your reg as it could be getting a bad read on voltage and is trying to correct

and make sure reg is on good ground if not sure add temp ground jumper to isolate cause

Yep read my mind just what i was gona do. Good looking out Ill get back to ya with an update!!

Well My New Mopar Friends , The Pulsing Lights Are 95 % Gone Due to 2 permanent solutions 1 Ran a line directly to the hot off the starter relay to a bosh 30 amp relay that is also connected to the ignition switch that goes directly to the voltage regulator which bypasses the bulkhead connector and the amp meter ( which cant handle 325 amps anyway ) ran 12 ga for all this then still was pulsing a little thought about it over night realized what else is missing then it hit me (after the voltage regulator to the alternator ) so i replaced with 12 ga from the regulator to the alternator now voltage is 14.1 all day and pulsing of dome light (as a reference) is gone im also putting up pix and thanks all if any body has more input on the matter please let me know Mopar Wiring August 29, 2013.jpgMopar Wiring ,, August 29, 2013.jpg

so you have a bad connection some where in your dash and not seeing stable voltage coming back to the regulator

and your by pass cleared it up that is great to bad you never found cause

bruce

Yes i did find the answer. Wire and bulkhead connectors are 45 years old. Wire is brittle and poor connections at bulkhead connectors this eliminates all that to two connections batt to regulator plus amp meter only good to 45 amps at best anyway im running a 325 amp alt
