Can Anyone Suggest a Good Body Shop To Get A Rear Quarter Replaced In SE MIchigan?

Have a 70 Roadrunner that I need the left rear quarter panel to be either replaced or removed and re-installed. Whomever did the replacement (back whenever) did not do it right? Can anyone suggest a good body/restoration shop familiar with the Mopar B Body cars in SE Michigan (Detroit metro area) that will do the job right but not cost a fortune (had a couple places quote a price of up to $12-$15,000..that's nuts)
