Oh yeah I remember that evil keneval motorcycle.

Still have my old BMX. It's a GT Mach 1, 1988. 4 or 5 years ago I went through it and got we running again - picked up some old school parts from BMX museum (a great BMX forum). Even picked up some old hubs and rims and laced my own wheels - the wheels I dreamt about as a kid lol).

Here's a pic of the old girl sitting along with my oldest son's bike.image.jpg

toys

had a Carrom's Board that we all(6 kids) played with. Slinkys, model cars, Operation, banana bikes with sissy bars, 10 speeds, Jarts, Frisbee's, hula hoops, pogo sticks, Hot Wheels ( we had about 200 feet of track), that card game where you had to slap a handle, Chinese checkers, checkers, my folks had to come up with stuff we ALL could play together, and of course comic books!schwinnvarsity.jpg2c75ed9966d4862a921589cc76581b37.jpg6c728f31a92fcfc8a02f5e0c3bb73fdc.jpg8e327930751a76459194e1ef6b139f51.jpg444caaff668c5aa49c42894f04a30982.jpg657_product_slinky.jpg2982.jpg991681.jpgb5512b88a27e505e425c2a82c4394a66.jpge17b11eb0e926f509b6bb59b614633bd.jpghdown.jpghwad1968.gifil_fullxfull.352624722_46sp.jpglife123-com.jpgsmoking1.jpg Not easy.

We had the original pull string SeeNSay. I can only imagine how Mom and Dad felt after hearing those until the strings suddenly all broke at once. Hmmm?

My older brother got all the cool toys. Like, the Vertibird and Major Matt Mason Space Station.

We also had some of the SSP Racers. Remember the corny TV commercials?

That's it the ssp racer superbird had one didn't remember what it was called thanks mechanic

Hotwheels, HO trains and Lionel trains, Legos, Hammond organ (was a toy to me). Lots of the other items others have mentioned. Pong video game. Various Pinball machines over the years. My uncle had some of the early stand up arcade games.

Those SSPs made an annoying sound. I probably thought it was cool when I was just a kid, though.

Remember when they banned Clackers?

88??? LMAO....I've got a child older than you.

Oh wow I remember those! Didn`t ever own any but the neighbor kids had them!

I am proud to say that I never got any of those toys.... I would go to my rich friends houses and play with their stuff. Even our bikes were left over frames and hand me downs with straight drive sprockets. I could still out ride the rich kids with the banana bikes and cool 3 speed shifters.

I remember clackers, yeah one of my neighborhood friends' had a little brother that was a little wild and crazy. I remember after a fight he picked them up whipped them at the kid.

Modern clackers are terrible, no chance of untreeing a squirrel with them.
