Being new to this entire process, I thought it would be good to go to the show next weekend. What would be some "do's" and "don't's" you could recommend? I need a ton of stuff and am going prepared to buy, but I don't want to be foolish about it either. Generally speaking, would you say that deals can be had there, or the prices are higher there? Thanks for your help!

From my experience with swap meets, because of the internet, ebay, craigslist and other things, there are not a lot of good deals at swap meets. And what is there has very high cost. It might be OK if you don't have to travel very far. I used to go long distance myself but not anymore, it's just not worth it. For what it's worth, just my 2 cents worth. Good luck.

I kind of want to go just because it's not that far from me. I don't really need anything, just fun to see what's there. As for finding good deals, I don't know about that. I've only been there once about 5 years ago.

I will only be there on Saturday, but I hope to get some of the things I'm looking for:like an 833 18 spline, bucket seats for my 69 Coronet, a rear bumper, and several "little things"
