ground strap bolt

69 roadrunner i bought a new ground strap car did not have one from firewall to back of head,is the hole on the head on the top back or down on the head toward, i can not feel any holes at hole,i do see a hole on the top back side of head, what size bolt that should be used for ground strap for the head? short or long bolt?thanks

It should be bolted to the intake side of the head to the back end.(Pass.side)! Short 3/8 bolt

is the star washer suppose to mounted against the wall and then the strap loop and then tighten or loop against wall and then star washer and then bolt? thanks

Well, The factory used the tooth washer to dig thru the paint and contact raw steel on the firewall to give a better ground.
