Wheels are 15 x 8, 4 3/4" Backspace..

Do you deflate and then install or ??

Seems like it 50/50 if I will have to trim or the roll the wheel well.

I trimmed my wheel lip just to make sure here are a few pics & mine installed easy put jack stands under the car & let the rearend fall all the way down mine went right in.. I now have Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials current car picture.

I have 275/60/15's on the rear of my '66. Like 67coronetman says, jack that side up allowing suspension to fully extend, shove tire/wheel in the wheel well and onto studs....... No problems. And I haven't even trimmed my fender lips.

7" wide rims will pull the sidewalls in more. When I switched from 15X7 wheels to 15X8 wheels I needed to roll my quarter panel lips to make my 9" X 27" slicks fit. They same slick fit fine with the 15X7 wheels.

Well, they're in! Going to have to trim or roll the inner fender lip especially front and rear of the lip. Looks wicked though!

Your right about the 7 rim. I put a set of 31 10.50 15 Michelin truck tires under my 67 R/T just to experiment. A similar wheel well to the Belvidere. I now have 275 50 15 bfg drag radials on 8 inch wheels with 4.5 back spacing. Lite rubbing on turns with a bump in the road. Great contact patch though. Over 9 inches of rubber on a burn out showing on the ground

Wow, watch out for speed bumps lol. Check your inner fender wells it usually curves inwards. When your rear suspension works the rear sidewalls may rub the inner fender. Could raise the rear ride height a bit.

Well, definitely not going to work, Inner wheel well rubs. Going to have either go with a different offset or massage the the inner wheel well.
