B51 fender tag code disk brake or not

Hi guy's,
I have a 70 road runner with the B51 fender tag code.
i do not have the broadcast sheet from the car.
The car has power brakes, but it has drums on all 4 corners.
when i searched the internet, there is apparently a lot of confusion with this code,
if the car should have disk brakes or not.

Mine has 10 inch drums in the front and 11 inch drums in the back, which i think
is not correct.
it looks like it has the right booster for disk brakes , but i am not sure.

any help appreciated.

B51 69-71 Power Brakes
which is drums all the way around

disc brakes would be b41 or b42

B51 only tells you the car had power brakes. It doesn't tell you if the car had disc or drum brakes.

this is what i tought also, B41 should be on the broadcast sheet wich i don't have.
Drum brake car , should it not be 11inch on all 4 corners?

I found this online...... unfortunately, I don't have my fender tag info with me for my original power front disc '70 Roadrunner. I will see if I can remember to take a picture of my fender tag tonight. This list shows B51 as "power assit disc brks"
