If the dead suspect is black and the others are not....I can only imagine what might happen if it goes to court but would imagine it would go directly to the grand jury. All states are allowed to have a GJ but two states do not....Florida does.

Unfortunately I'm m sure a liberal lawyer will represent the family of the idiot that was tuned up and the guy who shot him will have to explain why he didn't try to restrain the guy instead of shooting him 3 times.

Add to this incident, cop getting the hell beat out of him, suspect disarms the helpless officer then kills him. That is why the citizen with the gun will not be charged. They may send this to the grand jury, but you can bet they will refuse an indictment.

Here's the latest by Wink news. They had a video yesterday, interviewing witnesses. One was even a black guy who didn't have a problem at all with the shooting. Another was a black woman that was sympathetic of the officer. Just waiting for All Sharpton...
