Im in the proses of buying `14x6 magnum 500s for my dads 67 gtx. What tire size do you guys recommend ? I like a tall tire my self.

Unless you are trying to stay completely original you may want to consider going to a 15x6 Magnums. The selection of 15 inch tires will be much better than 14 inch.

Here is mine with 215/75-15s which are around 27 inch dia.

Yea my plane was to go with 15s but I got a really good deal on 14x6s

My car has 215-70-14 radials on the 14 by 6 magnums. If I were replacing them I would look at the new radial Firestone Wide Oval redlines that look like the originals but with radial construction.
