64 Dodge Polara. All stock 318/727 cruiser not concours or custom. New 65 amp alternator shorted out and wiped out stock engine and dash harness. Using stock regulator. Only things different from original is Mopar electronic ignition and A/C thats fused at 15 amps.

The question I have is. Money asside. What would you re-wire with? Repro harness or after market like Ron Francis?

Done that before on others. No time for it. Insurance job anyways.

I voted repro due to the fact of ease of installation and original appearance. If you're not concerned about originality, go with aftermarket.

I’ve used a couple of M&H Frabrications reproduction type wiring harnesses made for electronic ignition and the square back type 65 amp alternator. Great fit.

Speedway has a decent one for cheap.. Gutted a 65 F100 and installed this harness. Was easy job only confusing part was his truck had a seperate switch and harness for the 4 ways that and the turn signals.. Everything else was easy. Make sure if you buy it download the pdf files from their site. More detailed Ford,Chevy and Dodge instructions for the turn signals. If you want OEM look buy lots of black tape and make it look original.. Thats what I did.
