This is funny.

There's a difference between someone walking with the wind and someone trying to stand still.

That video is making the rounds of all the social media and it's hilarious.

This is when the weather channels make their money. Gotta sell the drama.

Whaddaya figure...those guys are walking at maybe 3 mph which is not much different than the reporter standing still, especially given that the wind is probably blowing at 30+ mph.

Boy, I've seen some puss cakes in my time but that is a good one.

What a jerkoff. The "fake" news stuff was hidden for so long but now it is so blatantly obvious!

sensationalizing, playing it up, acting, fake BS
to say the least, for ratings, during a disaster

'never let a good disaster go to waste'
or something to that sorts

The reporter is in the eyewall,,,hasn't reached the guys behind him yet.

Reminiscent of that reporter a year or two back who was "live" reporting in a small boat.
She was supposedly depicting how deep the floodwaters were in a street by paddling -
but the water was quickly found to be only ankle deep. :)

Living in flyover country my whole life i get a kick out of the national news/weather drama queens. It can be well below zero in the midwest for days on end and not a peep out of the big news people from out east. As soon as the cold temps start heading for NYC it is a ******* national disaster and everyone is gonna die!! Of course they come out with some stupid bullshit about how to survive the cold spell. If you are stupid enough to have to rely on some fuckin dim wit reading a script on TV maybe you deserve to freeze...

The weather people should take a hint from south of the border if they want better ratings!

I remember that one, the gig was up when someone walked past the boat.....

You should not pick on weathermen or women, they are very sensitive, they get paid for doing a job that does not require them to be 100% right. Hmmm, not even 60% right

Nothing like making a fool of yourself on national TV. I'd say Mike Seidel lost a lot of credibility in that one.
