Well, didn't get into the 9's but I can live with that.
I now absolutely know that the car will run in the 9's....just ran out of time for testing and tuning to get it there.
There were about 250 "street cars" there on Sunday to make their runs for fun...Can't complain, they paid their $60 bucks and each of them got in just a couple of runs...but I only got 3 runs on Sunday because of that crowd. I had a couple more things to try but didn't have time to do it.

DVW..I am a big believer of the Wallace Racing Site calculations.
They are uncanny on their accuracy projections. I have used their site for 2 years to estimate my performance.

Mike Gaines, You've got my trunk lid haulin ace ! Good job.

Nice going Mike. Congrats !! Ron

Nice tight consistency. And at the end of the day. That's what counts. But I understand the .01 blues. 9.99 just looks better. But in reality? A couple thousands. Funny how a couple thousands can bring so much joy?

My street car has been 11.01, .02, .03,.04 numerous times. Never a 10.99. Same with the race car, 9.005, .01, .02, .04 but no 8.99

Lol. Funny how much that comes up? I have a new motor build for my 10.80s Duster. New closed chamber B1 heads. Uped the compression to 12.5:1 from 10.5:1. Lighter new aluminum rods and pistons. New Holley 1050 metered for E-85 fuel. (Too accomindate the increase in compression) Certainly sounds meaner. I have small hopes to possibly nip into the 9s. But if there is any truth to Murphy's law? Nope. 10.1.
