My morning so far ...

Local car show this weekend, spent two hours hand-washing the '72 Satellite Sebring Plus.

Used the leaf blower to blow dry inaccessible areas like under exterior window moldings, around side-view mirror gaskets, and tail light lenses.

Pushed the vehicle out of the shade into the sunlight.

Opened the trunk and noticed a sliver of light inside on the passenger corner, not too far right of the trunk hinge. Noticed the same thing on the corresponding driver's side.

Placed some blue masking tape directly underneath the tiny slivers of light on both sides and took fotos for you all to see. In foto two you can actually see what I'm talking about.

By placing a finger outside over the bottom of the rear window chrome molding, I can stop the light penetration (I love that last word for some reason).

History:
June 2015: vehicle painted bahama yellow (single-stage) [foto four]
June 2017: Drivers side corner of trunk--repaired a tiny rust stop I never noticed before. It got worse the more I sanded until it actually became a small hole [foto five]
May 2019: Now what? [fotos one, two, three]
