I am replacing the rear drivers side floor pan. The seat belt mount on the hump is 2 inches to the rear of the original. Should I leave it or move it?

Leave it....you can move the whole piece forward a little bit......

Does it have the reinforcement attached to the inside of the tunnel. If so, if you move the mounting hole make sure the reinforcement is not compromised

What is your waist size? Your seat belt may be too short with the mount moved back.

If anybody will be in the back seat then move it forward to the correct spot. It will be in the way for their feet.

If you don't move it.... it will be the one thing you wish you would have done every time you buckle in.

Measure and drill a new hole in the replacement pan for the seat belt bolt. I will be doing that on mine as it's not lining up either.
