Like old houses, old cars are rarely ever finished, and nothing is different here. It was just nice after 6 long years, a chunk of money, help from a very good friend, constant help from members of this forum, and the patience of my wife, that this car is now at the point where I can start it up and drive it for enjoyment instead of wrenching on it. Just a few pics. It will be enjoyed now as long as the weather holds out, and then stored until spring, when first on the list will be the engine and tranny getting freshened up. All the work except for paint, exhaust, wheel alignment, and the front window installation were done during summers in my unheated garage. My first car project. Its amazing what you learn when you force yourself to figure it out. So many times I was banging my head against the wall out of frustration, but eventually you have to move forward. Hopefully I can now be some kind of help to others now doing there own projects.
