66 Belvedere II Wiring (Maybe PW)

I need some help with a 66 Belvedere I’m building. I have a 30A 12V fuse that is located behind the driver kickplate in the pillar. I assume this is for the power windows but I’m not sure. If so, I have a red wire that I cannot find on the schematics. I assume it’s power but does it go to the dash or ignition? I appreciate any help.

I believe that is an accessory circuit breaker and feeds the wiper motor.
I believe the red is the feed from the ammeter.

Someone asked this same question not long ago. Nothing to do with the wiper motor. Do a search and find the answer.

Does you car have PW?

That does look like a PW circuit breaker.
