We all are. This is my first time ever working with AC, lol. Thanks I’m here to learn.
I was at a car show there in San Antonio, don’t know if it’s the same company!65 Satellite I installed Vintage Air kit. Ice cold for 4 years. My brother in law works for them so I didn't even think of other brands
I'm late to the game but have to ask. Is that the vent from Classic Air that comes in there kit and you just modify the original non-A/C center dash bezel so the vent fits ? And how does the duct work attach to the aftermarket vent ? Thanks for any info you can give. Finding a Rallye Dash with A/C for a 70 Road Runner is not easy because of the one year only B-Body DashClassic Auto Air has the center vent setup for those that can accept a non-OEM look. Most people won’t know the difference but it’ll be obvious to the purists. A little time spent with a chrome marker would help disguise it.

The Classic center vent I have is fit into an original AC center dash panel. I’m using the original non-AC dash frame. I used the underdash vents at each end.I'm late to the game but have to ask. Non AC cars did not have an evaporator in the housing did they not?
I might have read the OPs question wrong but it sounded like he just wanted to add a compressor and instal ac vents using the same housing.
