I want to swap the grille on my 66 to 67 grille and I had some questions. First will I have any issues with the grill and headlight bezels lining up? and will I have problems with the headlights since a 66 has one headlight and blinker per side and the 67 has quad headlights?
Thanks for any feedback.

Pretty sure they will not swap over. The 66 has a single headlight bucket and the 67 has dual headlight buckets. The ends of the 67 are rounded for the additional headlight. And its shorter. I converted a 67 fender over to a 66 but had to cut the headlight buckets out of both and graft the 66 into the 67 fender.

Yes you will have problems. Unless this is a race car without functioning lights. The 66 has 2 large headlights, the 67 has 4 small ones and the headlight bezels won’t cover them. The park/turn lights need to be moved from the grille to the bumper so you need different. Wiring for all this to function.

Going to need 67 headlight buckets which are welded to the fenders. You need to top latch panel because the 67 grille mounts to it and it bolts to the Top inside end of the headlight buckets. This is quite the project if you want it to look factory. If not you could make brackets and fake it.
EDIT, the hoods are the same, they swap just fine. I’ve put a 66 hood on a 1967.

As said above, not an easy swap. Different front bumper too, or somehow cut holes in the 66 bumper without ruining it. I painted my 66 grille to replicate the 67 look somewhat as I preferred the look against the color of my car.

Think hood would need some work where headlight cut outs are. like 66 Sat changes.

66 and 67 hoods interchange. No issues.

Best bet might be to find a rusty 4 door 67 parts car for the grill, bumpers, top plate and fenders.
Then part out the rest of the car.

As stated above the headlight buckets are different and welded.
The spot weld locations are on the very edge of the inside curve, making them very challenging to drill or grind out.
