Hi everybody, my name is Josh and I’m new to the forum. I’ve enjoyed reading some of the posts and absorbing all the great info. I’m currently in the process of rebuilding a 72 440 motorhome engine that will eventually go in a ‘51 Willys truck. Looking forward to being a part of the group!

I’m still kinda in the beginning stages right now, the engine is in the machine shop getting bored and honed. I do have most of the parts I’ll need, engine, tranny, transfer case, axles. As soon as I get the engine back I’ll be starting the assembly. I’ll get pics uploaded as soon as there’s something to show!

This is the truck as it sits now. I was driving it regularly a little over a year ago but the old GM 292 finally gave it and I decided I’d start planning for a total drivetrain rebuild.
