Hi,

Thanks for having me. I am in Rio Rancho NM. I bought the Coronet last summer.
It's bright blue metallic, with a 318 that has been converted to 4bbl and dual exhaust, with the 3 speed automatic. It's in great condition overall, runs really well. Manual steering, manual brakes, no ac. I bought it from a seller up in Wyoming and drove it home.
Since I've had it, I have had a Hotchkiss front sway bar kit installed, along with Hotchkiss shocks all the way around. I also bought the rear sway bar kit, but it's going to require relocating the exhaust pipes before it can be installed.
I also had 17" American Racing Torq-Thrust wheels put on, to give it a mild hot rod look.

I will probably swap in a manual transmission at some point. I have an A833 overdrive from a later truck, and I also like the Tremec TKO 5 speed. Air conditioning would be nice, as would a big block. Not sure yet how far I'll take things.

Anyway, cheers all.

Brad in NM

Looks nice. I like those rims !

Welcome from Illinois!! That's a sharp looking Coronet with a great color combo! The wheels really set it off nicely. More pics please . . .

Welcome to FBBO from NorCal Sierras

I had an all manual with auto trans 67.

It was surprisingly easy to drive.

Yes, the brakes work quite well once I got used to them. The steering can be a workout when parking, but some of that is due to the larger/wider wheels and tires. I like that though.
