Decided to leave the roof sails in place due to the structural complexity, they are in pretty good shape and just need some minor patch work

I used to moan about AMD now I’m appreciating they are the best of the aftermarket out there just wish they were made in USA of American steel— I used to help make it and dad did for 36 years so I’m partial to it.. Looking good!

Found a new pass side door here locally, getting the paint stripped off the remaining panels today with the hot water pressure washer
Works great on paint that has had a few years of UV exposure, not so good on the underside of the hood and deck lids
The shell is pretty much complete now after a couple dozen rust cutout patches and all the trunk stuff, all sealed in epoxy now ready to start the body work process.
Nice relaxing Sunday sand sand sand.
The new quarters have some wavys in them that need to be fixed, I’m not whining tho, still happy with the way they fit and glad they are available.
