1967 Coronet windshield wipers are moving very slow and stop any ideas thanks Vinny

Likely the wiper pivots going through the cowl are corroded.

If the OEM lube is dried up the wipers had to start seizing up some time. Pull the pivots out and soak them in a penetrant and then install a grease zerk in each one. Better than new!
