Out of curiosity, what is the purpose of the flap and where does it go? I've seen replacements for these out lately and have not run across them when I took my baby apart. If anybody knows, please explain where they go, how they are held in and what they are supposed to do.

Has anyone had any luck trying to find the j-bolts that hold the heater ducting to the dash? These are the short bolts with thread on one end to snug the ducting up to the cowl. What have y'all done to remedy this situation?
