    Can anyone tell me what this opening is for in the floor? As you can see, it is not waterproof. Should I replace that with a rubber grommet?

    318 oil starved from day 1 —oil pickup damage

    There is no oil pan damage, so this could have limited the oil supply right out of the gate. So far, only a bent push rod.

    Refurbish or buy new system

    Since I missed removing a nut on the engine side, the air box did not come out exactly smooth and it tore on the back side. Has anyone refurbished their air box or found a compatible box to refurbish? I did not find anything new available for my year and model (actually 72 satellite).
