    Trans crossmember correct bolts 1970

What is correct for a late 69 build 4-speed car. It came with 4 long bolts with the spinner "turned down nose", 4 thick, 4 thin washers, and 4 plain nuts, in a can. Also what is correct for the single center 5/16 mount bolt. It is nov 30 hamtramk build if that matters,Thanks.
