Restoring a 70 numbers matching Challenger. Auto 727 trans numbers match also. Tranny shop can send my converter out for rebuild or simply exchange for same. Is there a reason keeping the original one? Exchange will save a couple hundred bucks because of the back and forth shipping.

I went to install new drums and shoes on an 11 inch rear 68 B-Body and only to find, I can not find my crossbars. :( Anyone have a source for these? Thanks!

I am ready to install rear brakes on a 68 Superbee project. Unfortunately I tossed the old rear brake drums however, have the shoes and are 2 inches wide. The rear is a 2881489. Any guess on size? 10 or 11?
