Had to pull my vin tag to recover the dash pad on my 70 Challenger.
Any recommendations on rivets to reinstall?

I have seen people who restore their dash frames/vin tags use the originals over. They were removed by grinding them from the backside, reinstalled them by JB weld from the backside. Costs nothing and used the originals..

Agreed, if you laid under the dash and shined a light up there... Could not tell from the top side.

Too many people get wrapped up in the purist bullshit.
Get the Classic Industries rivets and move on. They're $2 cheaper.
Why not go for the whole package and really be an outlaw .

Wow, back in the day I heard of a guy who had a bunch of them given to him by a local hometown Dodge dealer.
It's a good thing for him they were all lost in a tragic boating accident many years ago.
