I am getting ready for street tires for my 64 Polara. I have some nice 15" "cop" wheels I plan to use. Anyone out there with a 64 Polara that can steer me toward a good tire size for street tires? I was thinking 205/70/R15.

calling on the preachr tire help please.

I had these on my '63. They fit well, and filled out nicely on the car. Fronts were 225/70/R15, Rears were 255/70/R15. The suspension at the time was stock, and it had no rubbing...

what is the rim offset for the rears.

My 62 came with cop rims and 215 70 R15s on all fours.

I’d go with a 235 in the front and a 275 in the rear. But depending on backspace, you can run a 245 in the front.
